Rick Pelletier

Rick Pelletier has spent more than 20 seasons as an assistant coach with the UCSC and U of C swimming programs. Rick brings over 25 years of coaching experience having worked in numerous Head Coach and Assistant Head Coach positions across both Alberta and Manitoba.

​​​​​​​In addition to his coaching expertise, Rick is also a Massage Therapist. His knowledge and experience in the field have led him to be part of Swimming Canada’s Integrated Support Team (IST). Rick has consistently been selected as part of Canada’s National Team IST to provide athlete support on tours including the Olympic Games (2008, 2012, 2016, 2021), World Championships (2007, 2009, 2011, 2013, 2015, 2017, 2019), Pan Pacific Championships (1999, 2006, 2010, 2014, 2018), FISU – World Student Games (2011,2015), Commonwealth Games (2010, 2023), SC World Championships (1998, 2019), World Junior Championships (2008, 2023), and Jr Pan Pacific Championships (2009).
