30 min program for birth years 2019 - 2020 - Swimmers must be able to comfortably swim 5-10 meters independently and must be safe in the water without assistance (including the assistance of flotation aids).

45 min program for birth years 2017-2019- Swimmers can swim 25m and are looking to learn the foundations of competitive swimming.

Dinos 1.0 session 1: $205

60 min program for birth years 2017-2018 – Swimmers must be able to swim 25m Backstroke and 25m Freestyle (frontcrawl) without flotation aids and be safe in all depths of water to participate in the 60min program. This group will be working on the fundamentals of competitive swimming, learning stroke technique and turns.
