Officiating jobs sign up will open on Monday June 1 at 8:00 A.M. and close on Tuesday June 16 at 11:59 P.M. Please be certain to sign up within this window.
50 points is required if you have one or more swimmers entered in this meet.
Please only sign up for positions you are qualified to work. If you sign up for a position you are not qualified for, your name will be removed and you will not receive points.
When signing up, please enter the FULL NAME of the person officiating in the “Member #1” field to avoid any confusion.
Assignments may be adjusted based on qualifications to fill open positions.
If you sign up for a job but aren't assigned to it, you'll still receive your volunteer points.
Please check the ROSTER (posted as an attachment above) for your assignment. The roster will be posted 1-2 days before the meet.
Officials are expected to remain at their assigned positions until the end of the meet unless prior arrangements have been made with the meet official coordinator. Officials who leave the meet early without notice or approval will not receive volunteer points for that session.
Reminder: We rely on volunteers to fulfill the shifts they sign up for. Failure to attend an assigned shift without prior notice (no-show) will result in negative points equal to the value of the assigned shift.
