Job sign up will open July 2 at 7:00 p.m. and close July 16 at 11:59 p.m.

OFFICIATING POINTS*

• 250 points assigned per family if they have a swimmer entered in the meet.
• 75 points assigned per family if their oldest swimmer is in TREX or older and they do not have a swimmer in the meet.
• 50 points are assigned per family if their oldest swimmer is in CH/SD and they do not have a swimmer in the meet. 

* This is the sole mandatory officiating meet of the 2025-26 season. Pursuant to the Club’s Officiating Commitment (signed at registration), if an official no shows (unexcused) an officiating shift they have been assigned or if a family does not sign up for a mandatory officiating meet, the penalty is $5 per assigned point.

Please sign up for only position(s) for which you are qualified. List the name of person who will be officiating in notes section of sign up. Do NOT sign up for more positions than you need to fulfill your points requirement. You will NOT receive points beyond the required amount. 

After sign-up closes, a roster will be posted (and updated, as necessary) as an attachment, above. If your name does not appear for a particular session on the posted ROSTER (attachment), you were not assigned a position for that session and should not check in at the officials room.
