MAYhem '26

The third annual MAYhem meet was another success!  We were again floored by the sheer number of swimmers in this intrasquad meet and the level of competition that we find within our own club at the Development and TREX levels.  There were more Swim Alberta Festival qualifiers this weekend, there were loads of best times and first-ever swims too.  The free relays on Saturday evening were a first for many of the youngest swimmers and were a great example for anyone watching of the motive behind the name of our meet!  

We are really proud of our young Development Dinos and their brave preparation and racing, and of the TREX swimmers who raced fast and acted as good role models at the meet.    

To run a meet of this size within just our own club is something quite unique, and we're so grateful to all of the parent volunteers, the officials (who simultaneously run an efficient meet AND keep the positive experience of the swimmers their highest intention), and the supportive folks in the stands for their time and cheering!
