Dinos @ CSI

June 6, 2026

The CSI: Once Upon a Time in Hollywood meet was a great stepping-stone competition for our Dinos and another reminder of how much good work is happening across the program.

One of the coolest parts of the weekend was having athletes from across the club represented -- from our 12&U swimmers all the way through to our Varsity Dinos. Seeing athletes of all ages cheering each other on throughout the meet created an awesome atmosphere, especially during the marquee events where our Varsity swimmers Claire Bennett, Addison Butler, Ian Cameron, and Gibson Black took part in the swim-out races.

With more than a month still to go before our championship meets, there were plenty of encouraging signs. Coaches were consistently impressed by the technical and tactical improvements athletes showed throughout the weekend, and we saw a lot of swimmers racing with confidence and purpose.

There were some standout performances as well, highlighted by our 12&U boys breaking the Provincial Record in the 4x50 Free Relay!

Most importantly, this meet showed that we're moving in the right direction. The work being done every day at practice is starting to show, and we're excited to see what our athletes can accomplish as we head into the final stretch of the season.

Way to go, Dinos! 🦖
